Itinerary
Day 1
- Arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport
- Meet and Greet by Our Local Agent
- Visit Tamparuli Suspension Bridge
- Shopping at Pekan Nabalu and Kundasang Market
- Check in at Kinabalu Pine Resort.
- Dinner and Overnight at Kundasang
Day 2
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Check out and visit Desa Cattle Farm (Subject to availability of the entrance ticket – limited).
- Lunch at local restaurant.
- Thereafter, proceed to Poring Hot Spring + Canopy Walkway and Kinabalu Park.
- Return back to the hotel and check in at the selected hotel.
- Dinner at local restaurant.
- Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3
- Breakfast at Hotel.
- 0900hrs pick up from the hotel and proceed for Kinabalu City Tour. Visit Signal Hill, Atkinson Tower, Jalan Gaya, ‘0’ Kilometre, Sabah Tourism 100 Years Building, Australia Place, KK War Memorial, Double Six Monument, Masjid Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu and State Government Building.
- Lunch at local restaurant.
- 1330hrs proceed for River Cruise + Fireflies tour with dinner.
- Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4
- Breakfast at Hotel
- 0830hrs proceed to Monsopiad Cultural Village and learn about the history of ‘Monsopiad The Kadazan Warrior’ and the kadazandusun culture.
- Visit the house of skulls (real skulls over 300 years old)
- Visit the monolith stone and learn about the history of the magic stone
- Try out the kadazandusun traditional games the tampanau
- Learn how to start fire using bamboo stick and husk
- Visit the Mini Museum and Learn about the culture and custom of the Kadazan people
- Visit the tangkob (paddy storage hut) and learn how rice was stored and how rice is separated from the husk in the olden days
- Learn how traditional rice wine is made and wine testing (lihing, montoku and sikat) and try out the exotic KadazanDusun delicacies ‘sago grub’ (seasonal)
Note: The cultural hall is undergoing major renovation. Cultural performance will only be available next year.
- Transfer to local restaurant for lunch.
- Continue with shopping at Filipino market and Jamilah Enterprise.
- Dinner at local restaurant.
- Overnight at Kota Kinabalu
Day 5
- Breakfast at hotel and check out time: 1200hrs.
- Transfer to Kota Kinabalu International Airport for flight to Kuala Lumpur.
*Check – in time is 1400 hrs / check-out time is 1200 hrs at all hotels
